An advice

Learn to let go, it is only making me more unhappy..

Intensive exercise

Somehow, after each shift i always feel as though i just did an very intensive workout.

When i reach home and lie on my bed, my whole legs and back will be aching. It is not as though i run around during work, i spend 50% of my time sitting down..

Must be the stress..

Drastic weight loss..

Lost at least 4kg 1 less than a week..

Due to being sick and hardly ate anything..

Back to my ideal weight, hopefully it stays there..

But i will definitely be happier if the fats at my boobs stayed..

Now my bra feels loose..

Bra shopping?

The devil is around..

And it spells trouble..

感动到。。

At a place where some people say that it is every man for himself, where i thought no one will care for about others, i felt some warm last night..

Was down with cough, flu and sore throat but still when to work and by the end of the shift i was left with no voice..

Started shift with a hot cup of ginger tea when a girl noticed that i am not feeling well..

Someone who was seated quite a distance away came over with some strepsils..

Another guy came over with strepsils as well..

An operator whom i do not even know his name gave me some packets of ginger tea once he hear i lost my voice..

All these small actions really made my night =)

BAD omen..

Although it only mean it can only get better and not worst from now on! (Or at least i hope so)
